A British citizen, Chris Bartram is Chairman of Orchard Street Investment Management LLP.

He was formerly Chief Executive of Haslemere NV and before that the Managing Partner of

Jones Lang Wootton in the UK. Chris is a former President of the British Property Federation

and was also Chairman of the Bank of England Property Forum from 2001 to 2004.

He is currently Chairman of Estate Management Development Fund, at the University of

Cambridge and an Associate Fellow of Downing College Cambridge. He was appointed a

Commissioner of the Crown Estate in 2006.

A Dutch Citizen, 37 years old, holding an MA in Economics, Mr. Blauw is managing director and

principal of the Lagerbox group (Self Storage + Real Estate) and holds non-executive

directorships in London AIM listed companies on behalf of Beny Steinmetz Group Investments.

Besides he is acting as Director and advisor in the Brack Capital Group.

A Dutch citizen, was formerly managing director of Rodamco (Continental) Europe BV, and also

was a board member of the Rodamco Group. He is also a member of the supervision board of a

number of other companies.
