The Brack Capital Group commenced real estate activity in Manhattan in 1994. BCRE USA (a subsidiary of BCRE N.V. which carries out BCRE Group's real estate activities since 2004) is a highly experienced owner, developer and manager of real estate, acting as the controlling and managing partner in the assets with which it is involved. The company benefits from its ongoing relationships and partnerships with both institutional capital sources and local investors. BCRE USA’s operations consist of residential, hotel, and office development, management of multi-family assets and construction. BCRE Group’s experience in the USA includes 25 projects with total value in excess of $3 billion; over 7 million sq.ft. in Manhattan.
Brack Capital Properties N.V. (“BCP”), a subsidiary of BCRE N.V., has been active in Germany since 2004, concentrating mainly in the multifamily and retail sectors throughout the country, as well as the condominium development market in Dusseldorf.
The Germany portfolio, which BCP owns and self-manages, comprises a total of 1.2M sqm (including a development of ca. 250,000 sqm).
BCRE Russia, a subsidiary of BCRE N.V., was established in 2006 and expanded its presence significantly during the past 8 years by developing Real Estate projects in the Moscow Region, i.e. Class A Logistic Centre, Shopping centres, exclusive residential, etc. Most of the projects were undertaken in a partnership with reputable international funds. BCRE Russia, together with its partner, entered into a development of a modern retail, wholesale, logistic and Agro complex on a land plot of app. 200 Hectares adjacent to Kazan, Tatarstan Republic, the third biggest city in Russia.
The BCRE Group entered the UK market in 1998 with an investment in London and expanded its presence significantly in 2002 through acquisition of Haslemere N.V., a large commercial property portfolio comprising 130 assets across the UK within the office, retail and industrial segments. A consortium assembled and successfully led by BCRE acquired Haslemere N.V., a Euronext listed Dutch company for an equity consideration of approximately €1.2 billion. After successful exit from the Haslemere portfolio by 2004, BCRE re-entered the UK market in 2013 through BCRE UK, a subsidiary of BCRE N.V., to undertake new opportunities.
BCRE India, a subsidiary of BCRE N.V., was set-up in 2005 and was one of the first few international real estate players to establish a local team in the country post liberalization of foreign investment regulations. Being a fully integrated organization, BCRE India comprises of professionals and experts from diverse backgrounds, with years of experience in investments, construction and development related matters. The India portfolio comprises mainly construction and development of a large golf based residential township in North India.
